Most aesthetics treatments performed here are not covered by your standard medical insurance and are probably not approved for payment with your health savings account funds, but some treatments or procedures may be under certain circumstances. It is your responsibility to know the specifics of your policy. 

Payment for treatments rendered or for products is expected at the time of the treatment or purchase unless special arrangements are made ahead of time.

You may pay with cash, personal checks, most personal credit and debit cards (e.g., VISA®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover, Diners Club, etc.), and also via CareCreditSM (however, we allow a maximum duration of financing of 12 months). To pay with CareCredit you must have your CareCreditSM number or card before your treatment or purchase and authorization and processing will be online via their website at the time of your appointment.

There will be an additional charge of $30 for any checks rejected for insufficient funds as well as for credit/debit cards declined (or credit/debit payments stopped or reversed) after a legitimate purchase/transaction has been processed/authorized. Any overpayments on your part or over charge on our part should first be reported to the office and can easily be reimbursed to your account or we can refund with a check, however, if you “dispute” or “halt” a payment with your credit/debit card company for services from this office, be aware that we will be required to provide documentation to them of your specific treatments, products, etc. and the associated charges in order to get paid appropriately for those legitimate purchases.
